​Credit card processing is a confusing and extremely expensive service for small-to-medium retail businesses (“SMBs”). Networks and processors use hard-to-understand fee structures to overcharge retailers for card acceptance. As a result, credit card processing can feel like a “necessary evil” for every modern business. However, Nadir Payments Consulting can help.

Alyna Baharozian
Director of Business Strategy
As the CEO of Nadir Payments Consulting, Zach leads efforts to help small businesses optimize and reduce their credit card processing fees, guiding them through the complexities of merchant services. He is responsible for driving the company's strategy, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring Nadir delivers exceptional results.
Zach has extensive experience in payments and tech, having previously helped design and build the payments businesses at both Toast and Dutchie. Most recently, Zach has taken on a founding role at a new personal finance fintech startup called Fifr.
Zach earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
As Director of Business Strategy at Nadir Payments Consulting, Alyna leverages data analysis to identify opportunities to drive down credit card processing fees for clients. She also leads the development and execution of key strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Alyna comes with experience in business strategy and operations, with a background in change management. She currently plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies for clients at Accenture Federal Services.
Alyna holds a joint BA in environmental studies and biology from Middlebury College.
